m5 reveals new offices and fresh brand identity
m5 is kicking off 2023 with a fresh look and a new home for its Newfoundland and Labrador team. On Thursday, the company unveiled an updated brand and a new approach to support its growing list of clients. To accommodate growth and facilitate the collaboration that underpins the new brand, m5 has moved its St. John’s office to a new location at 570 Newfoundland Drive.
Purposefully designed to bring creative teams together, the office includes co-creation spaces and an open floor plan to foster an interdisciplinary approach to client services. The opening of the new St. John’s office coincides with recent expansion of the company’s office space in Halifax and the new office location in Saint John, NB, as well as existing offices in Moncton and Charlottetown.
“This is an exciting time at m5. We’ve been a trusted partner to clients for four decades, and we’re thrilled to be moving into our next phase. As we continue to grow both our team and our areas of expertise, we wanted our brand to represent the full breadth of service that we offer,” says Heather Dalton, partner at m5.
As one of Canada’s largest independent agencies, the m5 group offers a holistic approach to client services. Its group of companies include a full-service marketing communications agency, tackling strategy, creative, media, website development, as well as companies dedicated to research, consulting, public affairs and video production. Moving forward, clients will be invited to co-create in new ways, including coming into the organization and collaborating on innovative solutions that engage the full spectrum of m5’s services.
“Our new brand is more than just a look. It’s a representation of the evolution of our approach to the work that we do. If a business has a goal or a problem to solve, we believe we are best positioned to help. We have the interdisciplinary team, the insatiable curiosity, and the track record of success that our clients – current and future – deserve,” explains Dalton.
In addition to the new brand, Dalton says that the m5 team and its offerings continue to evolve. With a growing team comes new perspectives, new areas of expertise and skills needed to innovate and grow with its clients. The company will be launching new employee benefits, including a new curiosity credit and educational and professional development supports.
“Our team is our greatest asset. It’s their passion and knowledge that delivers results for our clients,” says Dalton. “m5 is committed to matching their everyday energy and dedication and remaining a top destination for world-class talent.”
